351: Sunday Mornings

Have you noticed
how the sunlight
on a Sunday morning
makes your words smoother?
your mood better?
It falls through the kitchen window
onto the wooden bench.
Dust dances.
Maybe there's a cobweb
in the top corner
that you forgot to remove
when you cleaned yesterday.
In the sunlight it gleams
like white gold.
It's radiant
silent
like a single word
on a white page
in lower caps.
