I soar
breathless
over the street
carried
by weightlessness
over honking cars
and traffic lights
I'm air
sunlight
the thrill
of the rollercoaster's drop
as I swoop
dip
spin
laugh
towards the wooden path
lined by mossy fences
and blooming linden trees
beyond the city
to perch
on the creaky wood
and watch
the sky turn to night
while the humming lights
remain
