339: Through Snow and Fire

I find you

through snow

winter howls

with wolfish throats

spruces reach

dark

towards nothing

I wait

for your tracks

to find me

and take me

to the caves

where blue fire

ignites

burns

razes

all to the ground

and I fall

fall

plummet

into gentle summer

of sunlight and warmth
