325: Mending

When you pick yourself up
from the hard-packed dirt
and cobblestones,
when you comb the leaves
and twigs from your hair,
when you mend your clothes
with your own thread,
be proud of your accomplishments.
It might not have
monetary value,
but you've repaired a heart —
and that's worth more
than money can buy.
