250: Perfectionism ...

... is rewriting a text until it's grammatically and syntactically correct (and stiff like new leather shoes).

... is pulling an all-nighter before the deadline because your fear of handing in nothing finally trumped your fear of poor (read: average) results.

... is being disappointed by anything that isn't outstanding.

... is expecting to master anything immediately.

... is terror that you might have messed up.

... is unable to think, "This is good enough right now."

... is watching someone throw caution to the wind with a grin, and wishing it was you.

... is worrying that this list is incomplete and inaccurate.

... is not taking chances.

(Taking chances is: trying something new; accepting that you might not do it perfectly the first time [you probably won't]; realising that improvement takes time; laughing because you messed up and it's okay; refusing to give up.)
